Your request, then your final quote

Submitting the form asks us to prepare a quote. It does not book an installation or hold a date. Any price shown in the display builder is an estimate based on your selections, not a final price or a measured roofline.

Standard accessible rooflines are $6.25 per linear foot, with a $350 seasonal minimum. Height, roof material, access, trees, bushes and other display details can change the quote. We check the home and agree on the final scope and seasonal total with you before installation.

We confirm the booking after you accept the final quote. An installation day is reserved only once that day is agreed and confirmed. If your quote has no proposed day, we will arrange one with you separately.

What your season includes

Your agreed display includes rental lights, installation, seasonal maintenance and removal. Our rental lights remain ours and are collected at takedown. Only the roof edges and landscaping listed in your final quote are included; changes need a new agreement on scope and price.

If a light stops working, reply to your service email or call us. Our team will arrange help. Please leave installation, adjustments and removal to our team.

Easy payment, after the glow is on

For standard residential jobs, no deposit is required. Payment is due after installation and testing. We accept Zelle, cash and checks.

For an unusually large or custom display, any different payment arrangement will be stated in the final quote and agreed before work begins. We do not collect payment information through the website form. Contact our team directly to confirm the Zelle recipient or check details.

Need to change your plans?

Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move your installation. Cancellation or rescheduling before installation is free; the 48-hour notice helps us offer the opening to a neighbor.

If something comes up closer to your day, call or reply as soon as you can. We will work with you on an available alternative. A new day is confirmed together; it does not change automatically.

If weather or access makes installation unsafe, we will contact you to arrange another day. These service policies do not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Our usual removal window is January 4–31, 2027. We coordinate your removal visit after the holiday season. If you need an earlier takedown, tell us before you accept your quote so we can agree on it.

Installation requests are offered for November 4–December 23, 2026, during our 8 a.m.–6 p.m. Pacific working hours. Offered days depend on the crew time available, and unsafe weather can require a change.
