What you share with us

Our forms ask for your name, email, home address, city, display ideas and preferred timing. A phone number, ZIP code, budget and estimated roofline or landscaping details may also be included. We keep the messages, quotes, measurements and service notes needed to handle your request and installation.

If you leave a review, we collect the name you want shown, your email, rating, review and permission to publish it. Your review email and house address are not published with your review.

How we use it

• Arrange installation, maintenance and removal, and group nearby jobs for efficient routes.
• Send request receipts, quotes and service updates, and handle replies and reminder preferences.
• Keep service history so returning customers do not need unnecessary repeat measuring.
• Protect the forms from spam and avoid duplicate requests.

We do not sell your contact details. Your booking map and team notes are kept in our private operations system.

The tools behind your request

We use service providers for website hosting, forms, business email and private records, including Google services. Those services process information to deliver the website and our communications. Hosting and email services may also process technical details such as your IP address and browser information for operation and security.

This website saves your in-progress display plan and submission reference in your browser’s session storage. That helps you return to the form and retry safely without creating another request. You can clear this through your browser’s website-data settings. We also load fonts from Google Fonts.

Your choices

Reply to an email or contact us to correct your details, ask what we hold, or request deletion. We may need to retain information for ongoing service, business records or legal obligations.

Reply STOP to stop promotional quote reminders. Essential messages about a requested or accepted service may still be needed. A website review is published only with your permission and after our team checks it.
